为什么无法使用双摄功能？

双摄画中画功能需要设备硬件支持多摄像头同时工作。请确保您的 iPhone 支持多摄功能（通常 iPhone XS 及更新机型支持）。如果设备不支持，应用会自动切换为单摄模式。
录制的视频保存在哪里？

所有录制的视频在分段合并完成后会自动保存到您的 iPhone 照片库中。您可以在系统"照片"应用中找到它们。拍摄的照片也会直接保存到照片库。
如何移动或缩放画中画窗口？

在双摄模式下，用手指拖动可移动画中画窗口的位置，双指捏合可调整画中画窗口的大小。双击画面可在"画中画层"和"主图层"之间切换操作目标。
分段录制最多支持几段？

最多支持录制 6 个视频段。录制完所有段落后，长按录制按钮或点击 ✓ 即可将所有段落自动合并为一段完整视频。您也可以删除最后一段重新录制。
如何使用提词器功能？

点击预览画面上的三横线按钮展开提示词卡片，左右滑动可切换不同的提示词。点击"管理"可创建、编辑或排序提示词。选择"智能"播放速度后，提词器会根据您的语速自动调整滚动速度。
如何切换应用语言？

在相机界面顶部找到 🌐 地球图标按钮，点击后可选择 10 种界面语言，包括中文、英文、日文、韩文、俄文、法文、德文、意大利文、西班牙文和阿拉伯文。
如何取消订阅？

打开 iPhone"设置" → 点击您的 Apple ID → "订阅" → 找到 SegRec → 点击"取消订阅"。您可以在订阅期内继续使用高级功能直到到期日。
故障排除
相机黑屏
- 检查是否已授予相机和麦克风权限（设置 → SegRec）

Why can't I use the dual-camera feature?

The dual-camera PiP feature requires hardware support for simultaneous multi-camera capture. Make sure your iPhone supports multi-cam (typically iPhone XS and newer). If your device doesn't support it, the app automatically switches to single-camera mode.
Where are recorded videos saved?
▼
All recorded videos are automatically saved to your iPhone's Photos library after segments are merged. You can find them in the system Photos app. Captured photos are also saved directly to your Photos library.
How do I move or resize the PiP window?

In dual-camera mode, drag with one finger to move the PiP window, and pinch with two fingers to resize it. Double-tap the screen to switch the active layer between the PiP window and the main camera for zoom control.
What's the maximum number of segments?

You can record up to 6 video segments. After recording all segments, long-press the record button or tap ✓ to automatically merge them into one complete video. You can also delete the last segment and re-record.
How do I use the teleprompter?

Tap the three-line button on the preview to expand the prompt card. Swipe left/right to switch between prompts. Tap "Manage" to create, edit, or reorder prompts. Select "Smart" play speed, and the teleprompter will auto-adjust scrolling speed based on your speech rate.
How do I change the app language?

Tap the 🌐 globe icon at the top of the camera screen to choose from 10 interface languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Arabic.
How do I cancel my subscription?
▼
Open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find SegRec → tap "Cancel Subscription." You can continue using premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Troubleshooting
Black Camera Screen
- Check that camera and microphone permissions are granted (Settings → SegRec)
- Try force-closing the app and reopening it
- Make sure no other app is currently using the camera
Recording Failure or Corrupted Video
- Ensure your device has sufficient storage space
- Check that photo library write permission has been granted
